§ 941. Supervision by and reports to Insurance Commissioner; taxation
All associations of underwriters authorized hereunder and their representatives shall, respectively, be subject to the same supervision by, and required to make the same reports to, the Insurance Commissioner, as is required of foreign insurance companies and their representatives transacting the same or similar kinds of insurance in this Commonwealth; and they shall pay the same taxes and license fees as are required to be paid by such insurance companies.
