§ 991.1805. Examination of association
The operations of the association shall at all times be subject to the supervision and regulation of the commissioner. The commissioner or any person designated by him shall have the power of visitation of and examination into such operations at any time in the discretion of the commissioner. In connection therewith, the commissioner shall have the powers granted to him by section 216 of the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L. 789, No. 285), known as “The Insurance Department Act of 1921,”1 and the expenses of such examination shall be borne and paid as in that section.
