§ 1303.314. Existing regulations
Currentness
The provisions of 28 Pa. Code § 51.3(f) and (g) (relating to notification) shall be abrogated with respect to a medical facility upon the reporting of a serious event, incident or infrastructure failure pursuant to section 313.1
