§ 23160. To appropriate money for service on Memorial Day and Independence Day
The cities of the second class of this commonwealth are hereby authorized to appropriate moneys for the expenses of Memorial Day services, and for the celebration of Independence Day, and to pay the same out of such moneys in their respective treasuries as are not otherwise appropriated, in the manner appropriations are now made and paid.
