§ 66509. Indebtedness
Currentness
The board of supervisors may incur indebtedness and issues1 notes, bonds or other evidence of indebtedness under the act of July 12, 1972 (P.L. 781, No. 185), known as the “Local Government Unit Debt Act,”2 to provide sufficient moneys for any expense of the township.
