§ 991.2461. Fees
Currentness
The commissioner shall charge and collect fees from fraternal benefit societies as set forth in section 612-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175),1 known as The Administrative Code of 1929. All fees collected shall be paid daily into the State Treasury.
