Currentness
(a) State Police Commissioner.--The State Police Commissioner may adopt such rules and publish regulations concerning the implementation of section 3(d),1 as he may deem necessary.
(b) Insurance Commissioner.--The Insurance Commissioner may adopt such rules and publish regulations concerning the implementation of this act except for section 3(d).
