§ 399.17. Civil penalties; willful violations
In any action brought under section 14,1 if the court finds that a person is willfully using or has willfully used a method, act or practice declared unlawful, the Attorney General, acting in the name of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, may recover, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000 per violation, which civil penalty shall be in addition to other civil penalties which may be granted under this act.
