§ 221.15-A. Additional penalties
Currentness
An insurer that fails to file an RBC report or adjusted RBC report within the time required under this article shall, in addition to any other penalties provided by law, forfeit a sum not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200) for each day during which the insurer fails to file.
