§ 473. Violation of act
Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year, or pay a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or both, at the discretion of the court.
