§ 481. Violations; penalty
Any person, company, corporation or association violating the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than five hundred dollars or more than one thousand dollars; or such person or the members or officers of any corporation, company or association responsible for the violation of this act shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a term of not less than six months or more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
