§ 991.2192. Exceptions
Currentness
This article shall not apply to any of the following:
(1) The act of June 2, 1915 (P.L. 736, No. 338),1 known as the “Workers' Compensation Act.”
(2) The act of July 1, 1937 (P.L. 2532, No. 470),2 known as the “Workers' Compensation Security Fund Act.”
(3) Peer review, utilization review or mental or physical examinations performed under 75 Pa.C.S. Ch. 17 (relating to financial responsibility).
(4) The fee-for-service programs operated by the Department of Human Services under Title XIX of the Social Security Act (49 Stat. 620, 42 U.S.C. § 1396 et seq.).
