§ 710-15. Examinations
(b) The reasonable costs of an examination under subsection (a) shall be paid by the rating organization upon presentation of a detailed account of the costs. The officers, managers, agents and employes of the rating organization may be examined at any time under oath and shall exhibit all books, records, accounts, documents or agreements governing its method of operation. The commissioner may furnish two (2) copies of the examination report to the rating organization and shall notify the organization that it may within twenty (20) days request a hearing on the report. Before filing the report for public inspection, the commissioner may grant a hearing to the rating organization.
