§ 20-2005-G. Duties of department
Currentness
The department shall:
(1) Ensure compliance with this article.
(2) Solicit the cooperation of other agencies, institutions and organizations, both public and private, in carrying out the provisions of this article.
(3) Otherwise administer the provisions of this article.
