§ 1615.10. Penalty
Currentness
(a) Any insurer willfully violating the provisions of this act shall be subject to a civil penalty imposed by the Insurance Commissioner of not more than $10,000.
(b) Any insurer found to have violated section 7 of this act1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
