§ 1772-A. Certification of funds
Currentness
On or before January 1 of each year, the Secretary of the Budget shall certify to the authority and the State Treasurer the amount of funds available for transfer from the Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund under the provisions of section 301 of the H2O PA Act1 for the next fiscal year.
