§ 760. Policies unlawfully issued
A policy issued in violation of subdivision (b) of this article1 shall be held valid, but shall be construed as provided herein, and when any provision in such a policy is in conflict with any said provision, such provision so conflicting shall be invalid and the policy shall be deemed to contain all of the required provisions.
