§ 1781-A. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this subarticle shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Assistance Act.” The act of July 9, 2008 (P.L. 915, No. 64),1 known as the Water and Sewer Systems Assistance Act.
“Fund.” The Water and Sewer Systems Assistance Bond Fund.
“Issuing officials.” The Governor, the Auditor General and the State Treasurer.
“Municipality.” As defined in the Assistance Act.
“Nutrient credit.” As defined in the Assistance Act.
“Project.” As defined in the Assistance Act.
