§ 1610.5. Evidence
Currentness
Except as provided in section 3(d),1 any authorized agency or insurance company defined in section 22 who receives any information furnished pursuant to this act, shall hold the information in strict confidence until such time as its release is required pursuant to a criminal or civil proceeding.
