§ 3012. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Bridge.” A State-owned, new or existing bridge under the jurisdiction of the department.
“Department.” The Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth.
“Limited access highway.” As defined in 75 Pa.C.S. § 102 (relating to definitions).
