§ 756.5. Companies authorized to write group, blanket and franchise policies
Any insurance company authorized to write accident and sickness insurance in this Commonwealth shall have the power to issue group, accident and sickness insurance, blanket accident and sickness insurance and franchise accident and sickness insurance as defined in this act.
