§ 991.1811. Nature of assessments
Currentness
Assessments made by an insurance guaranty association or similar entities pursuant to the laws of any other state shall not be considered “burdens or prohibitions” under section 212 of the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L. 789, No. 285), known as “The Insurance Department Act of 1921.”1
