§ 910-4. Corporate form required
Currentness
A title insurance company shall be organized as a stock corporation as provided in sections 203 to 205, inclusive,1 and 207 to 214, inclusive,2 of this act, and certified in the manner prescribed in section 215,3 except as hereinafter prescribed, to do the kind of insurance business, with incidental powers, specified in this article.
