§ 233-A. Compliance checks
Currentness
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, a proceeding against a person that is alleged to have sold or otherwise furnished tobacco to an individual under 18 years of age in violation of the provisions of 18 Pa.C.S. § 6305(a) (relating to sale of tobacco) during a compliance check conducted under the provisions of 18 Pa.C.S. § 6305 may only be instituted by the issuance of a citation.
