§ 969. Fees and taxes
Such attorney shall pay to the Commonwealth the same fees and taxes as are now required by law to be paid by stock and mutual companies transacting like kinds of business in this Commonwealth. In the payment of taxes, he may deduct, from the gross premiums or deposits received during the calendar year, all amounts returned to subscribers or credited to their accounts, other than for losses.
