§ 221.11-A. Notices
Currentness
(a) Notices by the commissioner to an insurer which may result in regulatory action under this article shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted by certified mail or any other form of delivery that insures signature upon receipt.
(b) Notices by the commissioner to an insurer transmitted by a form of delivery other than that provided in subsection (a) shall be effective upon the insurer's receipt of the notice.
