§ 310.93. Appeals
Currentness
The person aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner that has a direct interest in the decision may appeal the decision of the commissioner in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. Ch. 7 Subch. A1 (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action).
