§ 1331.11. Certificates of operation
Currentness
If the inspection report received pursuant to section 9(f)1 indicates that the boiler or unfired pressure vessel is in compliance with the applicable codes and is safe for operation, the department shall issue a certificate of operation. The certificate of operation is valid upon payment of the appropriate fee.
