§ 11-1138.11. Exemption from other laws
Currentness
(a) Exemption.--Any rating tool developed by the department under this subarticle shall be exempt from:
(1) Sections 201, 202, 203, 204 and 205 of the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L. 769, No. 240),1 referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law.
(2) Section 204(b) of the act of October 15, 1980 (P.L. 950, No. 164),2 known as the Commonwealth Attorneys Act.
(3) The Regulatory Review Act.3
(b) Application.--This section shall not apply to any changes made to a rating tool or new rating tool developed by the State Board of Education under sections 1138.3(d)(3), 1138.4(e)(3) and 1138.5(d)(3).4
