§ 2604. Private cause of action
A person may petition a court to enjoin the conduct prohibited by section 3.1 The court may impose a civil fine of up to $500 per day until the supplier complies with the order to enjoin the prohibited conduct. The court may award reasonable attorney fees and costs to the person bringing the action if the court finds that the violation was willful.
