§ 13-1304-C. Oath of office
Every school police officer appointed under section 1302-C(b)1 shall, before entering upon the duties of the office, take and subscribe to the oath required by section 3 of Article VI of the Constitution of Pennsylvania, before a magisterial district judge or prothonotary. The oath shall be filed by the magisterial district judge or prothonotary among his papers, and a note made upon his docket of the fact of the oath having been taken.
