§ 11064. Publication of ordinance before election
Currentness
Before any referendum is held on any ordinance in accordance with this subchapter, the city shall provide notice of the ordinance by publishing a copy of the ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation. Publication in accordance with this section shall be in addition to the publication requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code.1
