§ 25-2509.12. Special education community support services
Currentness
For the 2006-2007 school year and each school year thereafter, the Department of Education shall set aside from the annual special education appropriation five hundred sixty-three thousand dollars ($563,000) for community support services for students with disabilities. This amount is not to be included in the base calculations of the special education program components.
