§ 14-1405-B. Conditions of continued designation
In order to maintain its designation, an innovation school must:
(1) meet or exceed the median scores of the schools in its peer group in English language arts, math and science in three out of the first four years of the program;
(2) have an average daily membership of 89%; and
(3) appoint a program manager to oversee the implementation of the annual plan for the innovation school within 60 days of the designation under section 1402-B(b).1
