§ 1. Submission of plans for hospitals and other charitable institutions
The officials in charge of any private hospital or other private charitable institution, except as now provided by law, shall submit the plans, in duplicate, for the erection of any new buildings in connection therewith to the Board of Public Charities1 for the approval of such board.
