§ 3. State appropriation refused to institution failing to submit plans
Any private hospital or other private charitable institution erecting new buildings, except as otherwise provided by law, without first submitting the plans therefor to the Board of Public Charities1 for the approval of such plans by the board as herein provided shall not receive any State appropriation, except for maintenance.
