§ 162.23. Repeals
Currentness
The act of April 30, 1986 (P.L. 107, No. 36), known as the Charitable Organization Reform Act,1 is repealed. Existing regulations promulgated pursuant to the Charitable Organization Reform Act shall remain in effect until amended in accordance with the provisions of this act.

Credits
