§ 384. Repeals
Currentness
(a) Absolute.--Section 24 of the act of December 19, 1990 (P.L. 1200, No. 202),1 known as the Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act, is repealed.
(b) General.--All other acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with this act except for section 204(a)(3) of the act of May 22, 1933 (P.L. 853, No. 155),2 known as The General County Assessment Law, as it applies to charitable organizations providing residential housing services.
