§ 3150.11. Qualified mail-in electors
<Section 17 of Act 2020, March 27, P.L. 41, No. 12, imd. effective, provides that the amendment of 25 P.S. § 3150.11 by that Act shall apply to elections occurring on or after June 2, 2020.>
(a) General rule.--A qualified mail-in elector shall be entitled to vote by an official mail-in ballot in any primary or election held in this Commonwealth in the manner provided under this article.
(b) Construction.--The term “qualified mail-in elector” shall not be construed to include a person not otherwise qualified as a qualified elector in accordance with the definition in section 102(t).1
