§ 154. Preferences valid
But nothing herein contained shall in any manner affect any judgment, payment, pledge, assignment, transfer, conveyance, or encumbrance taken in good faith, without such knowledge or intention, when a debt is created or about to be created, if entered, made or recorded, and in the case of personal property exclusive possession be given at or about that time.
