§ 98. Discharge of claims, etc., by sale
Except as herein otherwise provided, all and every interest, claim, and estate in the property shall be discharged or divested by an assignee's or receiver's sale, if it would have been discharged or divested by a sale under an execution at the time of the assignment, and not otherwise.
