§ 105. Effect of conviction of perjury committed in proceedings under insolvency act
If any insolvent shall be convicted of perjury, in respect to any oath or affirmation taken by virtue of this act, he shall be liable to arrest and committal on mesne process, and to be charged in execution, in the same manner as if he had not before been arrested or taken in execution, or as if he had not made application for the benefit of the insolvent laws; and, moreover, such person shall never afterwards be entitled to his discharge as an insolvent debtor by virtue of this act.
