§ 2706. Other remedies
Currentness
Nothing contained in this article shall serve to abrogate the provisions of section 305(d)1 allowing the claimant or dependents to bring a direct suit for damages at law as provided by Article II. The fund shall be entitled to assert rights to subrogation under section 3192 for recovery made from the employer or any other third party.
