§ 422.48. Repeals
Currentness
(a) Specific repeals.--Section 412 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175),1 known as The Administrative Code of 1929, is repealed.
The act of July 20, 1974 (P.L. 551, No. 190),2 known as the Medical Practice Act of 1974, is repealed.
(b) General repeal.--All other acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with this act.
