§ 3556. Violation of public funding of elections
Any person who violates section 1071 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000), or to undergo an imprisonment of not more than two (2) years, or both, in the discretion of the court.
