§ 19-1901.1-G. Legislative intent
Currentness
It is the intent of the General Assembly to provide for the continued existence, operation and administration of the rural regional college established under former Article XVII-E.1 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 343, No. 176),1 known as The Fiscal Code.
