A certain public road, beginning in the borough of Mercer, thence by Pearsons Mills to the borough of Clarksville; thence over public road to Hermitage; thence over route number seventy-four1 to a point of road intersection; and thence over public road to route number two hundred and thirty-eight2 leading to West Middlesex.
