§ 416. Indebtedness of borough or township to pay shares
Currentness
Any borough or township so contracting may incur such indebtedness, and issue interest bearing bonds therefor, as may be necessary to pay their share of the costs of such construction or improvement as agreed on in such contract, subject to the constitutional limitation of such indebtedness.
