The provisions of the act approved the tenth day of April, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and five, entitled “An act relating to the management, care, and maintenance of the National, or Cumberland road, and freeing the same from tolls, and making appropriation therefor,”¹ which reads as follows: * * *¹ be and the same are hereby extended so as to include that portion of the National or Cumberland road lying within Somerset county, which portion was not included in the said act.
