§ 198. Meetings of boards and commissions (Adm. Code § 518)
Every independent administrative board or commission, departmental administrative board or commission, and every advisory board or commission, shall meet upon the call of the chairman or president thereof, at such times and places as the chairman or president shall designate, and at such times and places as the board or commission may by rule designate.
